At SMART Agri we adhere to industry leading plant husbandry. Pruning is the removal of excess growth and dead branches. It requires a specialised skill to control and redirect the growth of a plant that stimulates growth and increases the yield. To this
end we introduce the 10 Musketeers a pruning team made up of 10 well-trained, uniformed, and meticulous pruners.
The pruning team uses high-quality pruning saws which are kept diligently sharpened to manually prune fruit trees. The objective of the 10-person team structure, the use of high calibre tools and well-trained uniformed members is to promote improved
accountability and productivity.

At SMART Agri we are for the natural environment. We provide an environmentally friendly mulching and wood chipping product service solution. The objective of the product offering is to ensure that dead and unproductive branches are pruned or
removed and then disposed of in an environmentally sustainable manner including recycling. The wood chipping and mulching service can be combined with a mulching process to efficiently clear waste or reuse it in the application to the service of soil. Mulch will help the conservation of soil moisture and improve the fertility and health of the
orchards.

We at SMART Agri understand the vital role of experienced and productive fruit harvesters. We, therefore, partner with our clients to maximise productivity whilst driving down culling factors attributed to fruit handling. Pick 25 is a picking solution
that includes 25 well-trained and seasoned fruit and vegetables harvesters. Our solution founded on piece work philosophy that incentivise productive workers. The team structure is set up considering farm size, availability of infrastructure, with the
harvesters segmented, into manageable syndicates of 6-8 members. The objective of these team structures is to improve productivity and incentivising productive workers.
